Mitgliederversammlung 2020 / General Assembly 2020

Liebe HHL Alumni,

hiermit laden wir alle Mitglieder des HHL Alumni Association e.V. herzlich zur diesjährigen, ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung ein.

Sie findet am Samstag, 5. September 2020, 10:00 Uhr statt.

Da es aufgrund der anhaltenden Coronavirus Pandemie immer noch unsicher ist, sich in großen Gruppen zu versammeln, hat der Vorstand beschlossen, die Mitgliederversammlung - ausnahmsweise - in virtueller Form abzuhalten, d.h. als Online-Versammlung ohne physische Präsenz.

Die Einladung samt Agenda und Anlagen ist hier als PDF abrufbar: Einladung zur Mitgliederversammlung 2020 samt Anlagen (nur in deutscher Sprache).

Bitte beachtet: Wenn Ihr an der Mitliederversammlung teilnehmen möchtet, müsst Ihr Euch bis Mittwoch, 26. August 2020 (24:00 Uhr) anmelden. Der entsprechende Internet-Link ist auf Seite 1 der Einladung, die an Euch per E-Mail geschickt wird, angegeben. Solltet Ihr die E-Mail bis zum 6. August 2020 nicht empfangen haben, wendet Euch bitte an info@alumni.hhl.de. Bitte prüft vorher etwaige Spam Ordner.

Dear HHL Alumni,

We hereby cordially invite all members of the HHL Alumni Association e.V. to this year’s ordinary General Assembly.

It will take place Saturday, 5 September 2020, 10:00 am.

As the ongoing Coronavirus hazard still makes it unsafe to gather in large group, the Executive Board unanimously decided to hold the General Assembly - exceptionally - in virtual form, i.e. as an online meeting without physical presence.

Please note: If you would like to attend the General Assembly, you will have to register by Wednesday, 26 August 2020 (24:00 h). The respective internet link is included in the invitation letter you will receive via e-mail. If you have not received the e-mail by 6 August 2020, please contact info@alumni.hhl.de. But please check your spam folder before.
