The corona pandemic is turning the world of work upside down. Due to the crisis, many companies are focusing on practices that are part of the “New Work” concept. Prof. Dr. Tobias Dauth explains advantages and disadvantages of the concept for companies. He will address the question of what can be understood by “New Work” in science and practice. He will also discuss with you how companies can make the phenomenon of “New Work” measurable.

Prof. Dr. Tobias Dauth is Professor of International Management at Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL) and Academic Director of HHL Executive Education. One focus of his academic work is on top management team research and projects in the context of new work. Prof. Dauth is also associated professor at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy (IMW) in Leipzig.
